Paleo Banana Bread Pancakes (GF)

Getting bored of your usual breakfast? I am guilty of getting stuck in a routine of eating the same meal for breakfast day after day. So I set out to create a nutrient dense recipe for two of my favorite things: banana and pancakes! These are gluten free, grain free, and have no refined sugar. You can top them with whatever you like but I love some creamy almond butter, coconut, and fresh berries on top. You will be surprised at how easy this breakfast is to throw together!


  1. 1 ripe banana
  2. 2 large eggs 
  3. 1/4 cup of creamy almond butter
  4. 2 tablespoons melted unrefined coconut oil
  5. 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  6. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 
  7. dash of sea salt 
  8. dash of cinnamon 
  9. 1 scoop of Natural Force Marine Collagen Peptides


  1. In a medium bowl, mash the banana and whisk together with eggs
  2. Add in coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond butter and mix well
  3. Add in coconut flour, sea salt, and cinnamon and mix well
  4. Heat coconut oil or butter on a large skillet on medium heat
  5. Once pan is heated up add batter to pan
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges starts to bubble
  7. Gently flip then cook for another 2-3 minutes
  8. Repeat until all the batter is cooked into delicious pancakes
  9. Top with fresh fruit, nut butter, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, granola, or whatever else you like!
