Paleo Banana Bread (GF)

This banana bread is magic. It's soft and moist  and made with no grains or added sugar! This will make the perfect breakfast or quick snack, filled with protein and healthy fats from the chia and hemp seeds. When you have a few bananas starting to ripen, you know it's time to make this delicious and nutritious recipe! Boyfriend approved, and so easy to make :)


  1. Ripe bananas
  2. Eggs
  3. Almond butter
  4. Maple syrup
  5. Vanilla extract 
  6. Coconut flour
  7. Baking soda
  8. chia seeds
  9. hemp seeds
  10. Cinnamon 
  11. Sea salt 


  1. 3 ripe bananas 
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  4. 1/4 cup maple syrup
  5. 1/3 cup coconut flour
  6. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  9. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  10. 1 teaspoon cinnamon 
  11. Dash of sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350F 
  2. Line 8 x 4 loaf pan with parchment paper 
  3. In a large bowl, mix together wet ingredients
  4. Then add in dry ingredients slowly and mix
  5. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour
  6. Top with coconut flakes, melted cacao, almond butter, granola, whatever you like! 
  7. Enjoy!
